Danny Hala, born and raised resident of Carmel-by-the-Sea, is running for city council, offer your support for the betterment of our beloved little village
His Story and Goals
Danny Hala was born and raised in the Carmel Community. Having grown up at Monte Verde and 7th, he possesses the strongest possible understanding of the needs of the people who inhabit our special village. Danny is a devoted husband, father, local business owner, and Member of the Carmel Heritage Society board of Directors.
He has an unwavering commitment to the preservation of Carmel by the Sea while incorporating plans for modern legislation that will allow transitions whilst preserving the community’s integrity. His business interests include clothing store Angelina Carmel on Ocean Avenue, Café dal Mare on Dolores Street, and Atkins Fine Clothiers at the Carmel Plaza.
We face many challenges in our small community including sidewalk repairs, the installation of underground power lines, the addition of low-income housing, as well as a potential loss of parking. If elected, it is Danny’s sincere priority to vote based on the specific needs of residents. Regular town halls and surveys will facilitate an open-door environment that will allow Danny to serve as a direct representative for Carmel by the Sea residents.
Prior to his founding of several local businesses, Danny worked in business consulting and publishing. With a strong connection to this area, Danny will put his heart and soul into ensuring the betterment of the community.
